Management of Wellness Hotel Laroba
Café: Available during the opening hours of reception.
Check-in: Rooms can be occupied from 14:00 on the arrival day.
Check-out: Check out time is 10:00 on departure day.
Conference: Our hotel has a banqueting hall suitable for conferences and other events. For further information, kindly contact reception.
Damages: guests are fully responsible for all damages caused by negligence or with intention.
Early check-in:Subject to availability. If you would like to check in earlier, please contact reception!Service fee is 5 000 HUF / hour.
Late check out: Subject to availability. If you would like to check out later, please contact reception! Service fee is 5 000 HUF / hour.
Massage: Available for pre-booked appointments only. You can request this service through the internal phone line, by dialling 401.
Medical services/medicine: in case of need please call reception on line 401!
Opening hours of reception: Depending on availability from 7:00 to 23:30. In the season from 0:00 to 24:00. You can reach the reception from the room telephone by dialing 401.
Restaurant: In high season open every day from 8:00 to 22:00. In low season open every day from 8:00 to 20:00. The restaurant can be reached by dialling 406 on the internal phone line. Our hotel reserves the right to modify the opening hours one-sidedly, after prior notification.
Room service/drinks: every day, between 7:00 and 23:30 (from the drink card of the bar). Beverages ordered through room service will include a 30% extra charge as service fee.
Room service/food: every day, between 8:00 and 20:00 (from our a la carte menu). Food and beverages ordered through room service will include a 30% extra charge as service fee.
Telephone: Hotel internal calls: dial the number of the room you want to call. Emergency numbers (Ambulance, Fire department, Police): For the fastest assistance, please dial the 112 emergency number.
Visitors: Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the rooms. Please meet visitors in the hall, or other communal spaces (restaurant, café)!
Wellness: : Open from 8:00 to 19:00 each day, silent wellness from 19:00 to 21:00 (over 18 years only). The wellness section can be reached via reception, by dialling 401 on the internal phone line.
Adapters: For various electronic devices are available by request at reception.
Airconditioning in the rooms:
Airconditioning only works if the windows and terrace doors are closed! Each room is equipped with an individually adjustable cooling-heating air conditioning system.
Use:
Bathrobe Bathrobes are provided to all of our guests and are available in the rooms. If there is a size problem, please contact reception! Based on the regulation, we provide an option to change bathrobes for clean ones every 3 days. There is an option to change bathrobes daily, for an extra fee, which is 1000 HUF / pcs.
Daily cleaning: Daily cleaning is done between 9:00 and 14:00. If you would like to have cleaning in a different time, or require no cleaning, please use the card available in the rooms and hang it on the door handle. If you do not wish to have cleaning in the room, you are still required to provide a one-hour long time frame and permit entry to the room, so that our colleague could make a technical and security check. Please note that the time can be set by you, and please inform reception of your decision. If you need extra cleaning, please call reception!
Different pillow types can be requested: Our rooms have pillows with anti-allergy filling, however different types can be requested to guarantee comfortable sleep. If you would like to have feather or foam pillows, please inform reception!
Folders, paper and envelopes: Available in the rooms without extra charge.
Hairdryer: Each room is equipped with a hairdryer. In case of questions regarding operation, kindly contact reception.
Internet: Free WIFI is available in the hotel rooms and the communal areas. The code for connecting to the network is in the check-in card, received at arrival.
Left luggage: Please request at reception!
Mini bar: Each room has a mini bar.
Newspaper: Available at reception. Please leave the papers in the news back after reading, so that other guests can also read them.
Payment options: With cash (HUF or EUR), bank card or credit card (Visa, Visa electron, EC/MC, Maestro, American Express and SZÉP cards).
Parking options: We provide free parking space for our guests in our own car park protected by CCTV system and a gate. To be able to use the car park, please provide your plate number on the check-in document. Our hotel takes no responsibility regarding parked cars, and any valuables left in them.
Pets: Guests arriving with pets will be charged extra: EUR 13 / pet / night. We would like to ask you not to bring pets to the wellness section.
Photocopy, Color, B&W: Please turn to reception if you would like to use this service! Copying 100 HUF / A4 page.
Radio channel: Channels can be accessed via television.
Renting sports equipment: We provide a table tennis table to our guests for free. There is a possibility to rent bikes and a sail boat, if interested please contact reception!
Room card: In case of loss or damaging the key card we charge 5 000 HUF.
Safekeeping of valuables: Each room is equipped with a room safe, and you have the possibility to place your valuables in the central safe at reception. Our hotel takes no responsibility for valuables placed in the room safe.
Sewing kit: Available in the room, without extra charges.
Shoe cleaning: A shoe cleaning machine is at service at reception, and various grooming materials are available in the rooms.
Toiletries: Shampoo-shower gel and hand soap are available in the bathroom. Toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving equipment can be requested at reception.
Towels:
We would like to notify our guests, that in case any textiles are missing after checkout, the following fee’s will be charged to their account:
TV service:Please do not touch the Vodafone cards located in the side of the TV set. If the service is not working, please contact the reception for assistance!
Umbrella Please request at reception! Service is available for a caution fee, which is 1000 HUF / pcs.
Wakening service: please request at reception, with providing the right time.
Washing-ironing: For prices and availability please inquire at reception!
Baby bath tub: Please request at reception!
Bathroom chair: Please request at reception!
Blanket: We provide additional blankets if requested, please inform reception if you would like to have one added in the room.
Child’s bed: Please request at reception.
Internet terminal: With printing option is available at reception.
Iron and ironing board: Available in the room on request, please notify reception in case you would like to have this option in your room!
Linen change: For the eco-sustainability of business and to protect our environment, linen change is done every 3 days. If you would like to request daily change of linens, please turn to reception. The fee of extra change is 1000 HUF / set.
Luggage delivery: Please request at reception!
Malfunctions: Please inform reception immediately, if you encounter any issues (technical or other) in your room!
Slippers: Please request at reception! Service fee is 2 000 HUF / pair.
Spare pillow: Each room has two pillows per guest as the original setup. If requested, we will gladly provide spare pillows for your use. Please inform reception if you would like them added.
Washable side carpet: We provide side carpets on request. Please inform reception if you would like to have one in the room.
