Friday – Getting in the Mood
- From 2:00 PM: Traditional welcome pálinka to set the festive tone upon arrival
- 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Buffet dinner* to prepare your appetite for the next day's feast
- Extended wellness access until 11:00 PM so even late arrivals can unwind
Saturday – Feast Day Schedule
- From 8:30 AM: The day begins with a ceremonial toast to the pig! Join in the butchering and sausage-making process. Meanwhile, fresh ham-and-ash pastries will keep hunger at bay, and warm mulled wine or hot tea will keep you cozy.
- 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Buffet breakfast* featuring our usual selection plus freshly prepared traditional pig feast specialties such as sautéed liver and fresh homemade bread.
- 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Farmhouse-style lunch with hearty, authentic flavors, including pork soup, roast meats, and homemade strudel.
- 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Pig Feast Dinner – As always, a toast with pálinka sets the stage, followed by an irresistible buffet* featuring blood and liver sausages, grilled sausages, roasted pork, ribs, onion-mashed potatoes, and braised cabbage.
- 8:00 PM - Midnight: The festivities continue with live music and dancing because no proper feast ends without good tunes!
Sunday Moments
- 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Buffet breakfast* including traditional pig feast delicacies such as fried blood, sautéed liver, and fresh homemade bread.
- Departure gift: A tasting package to take home, so your loved ones can get a taste of what they missed!
