- Unlimited use of our Wellness isle (08:00-21:00) a pool (32°C) with 8 different kinds of pampering elements,

- For children 0 - 3.99 years old the stay is free.
- For children 4 – 11.99 years old the child receives a discount of 50%.
- In case of 12 – 18 years old, the complete price is to be paid.
- 50% of the booking value must be paid within 7 days of booking.
- Parking is possible in the territory of our Hotel, with a parking area monitored with camera, without a guard.
You can take your room on the day of arrival at 2 PM, ont he day of departure you can leave up until 10 AM. In case of late arrival (6PM) please do notify us ahead of time.
In case of need and depending on room capacity our Hotel offers the chance of early check in and late check out for, 1000 HUF / room / hour. Please ask about options through phone 1-2 days before your arrival.
- From the government decree 194/2021 published on the 26th of april 2021 (until the modification or the withdrawal of said decree) our hotel only accepts guests who have valid vaccination cards, and children under their supervision under the age of 18. Only exceptions are those who are on business, economic or educational stay. Please view our detailed rules about this! To avoid any inconviniences we ask you to only begin your trip to your reserved relaxation if you have every required document. Thank you.
- If you wish to pay at the hotel by cash, credit card, or a "SZÉP" card (in your own name), please indicate this in advance at the time of booking and at the reception upon arrival.
- The value of the package and all our hotel services can be paid by "SZÉP" card.
- You can cancel for free in case you cancel more than 14 days before the arrival date.
- You can cancel for 50% of the original price in case you cancel 14 days prior your arrival date.
- In some cases the Hotel might dismiss the reservation.
In the highlihted timespan, during holiday seasons, when the hotel confirms, that the booker has not paid the deposit, or despite the confirmation the deposit is not paid, and the reservation is not cancelled 14 days prior to the arrival date, the Hotel has the right to charge the complete fee of the reservation or any part of it.
